I think this is Bayou Terrebonne. Plenty people with the last name Scott lived along Bayou Terrebonne in Houma. They also had the Scotts that built boats off of East Park Ave. Year of photo is unknown.

VooDoo BBQ & Grill on Martin Luther King blvd. in Houma. It closed down close to 10 years ago. They were located in the same parking lot as Hobby Lobby.
