This photo from speaks to me in so many ways. It reminds me of who I really am when the layers fall away—fear, worry, overthinking, anxiety, the weight of mental load, even those heavy pockets of depression.
No makeup.
Two days past hair-wash day.
Hair down. Smile on.
A casual shirt I don’t mind getting dirty—because I don’t want anything to pull me out of this moment.
Phone tucked away inside.
Out in nature, in the sun ☀️—my favorite place to be.
Fall air wrapped around us. An oversized sweater tied at my waist.
Cute boots to keep the mud out of the house.
Leaves crunching underfoot, birds chirping, laughter echoing.
The smell of fall. Cold air on pink cheeks.
Most of all—my daughter and I, making memories through silliness and joy (and my son too, not pictured) 😂.
When you’re rooted in who you are and clear about where you’re going, nothing can hold you back.
Dream freely. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Let presence guide each step.
The time is now…
Who are you, really?
Where do you want to go?
What do you want?
What’s keeping you from being vulnerable… from being present… from chasing that dream?
You’ve got this.
Little by little—we’ve got this. 🤍
