🎃📚 What an amazing Halloween Bash! 🍬👻

Yesterday evening, we were so excited to give away approximately 270 books, along with lots and lots of candy, to the kids who joined us for the Halloween Bash!

A HUGE thank-you to our wonderful community members who donated and brought in books over the past several months. Your generosity made it possible for us to put books into the hands of so many kids, and we are incredibly grateful for all of your support! ❤️

We would love to do this again for Tipton's annual Tis the Season Christmas celebration! 🎄📚

If you would like to help us make that happen, we are accepting donations of gently used children's books, young adult chapter books, and graphic novels.

Donations can be dropped off at the store during regular business hours.

Thank you again to everyone who donated, helped spread the word, and made this possible. It truly takes a community, and we are so thankful to be part of such a generous one! ❤️

Let's keep putting books into the hands of kids, one book at a time! 📖

We hope your kids are ready for a Halloween candy overload!

The Downtown Tipton Halloween Spooktacular is this Friday, Oct. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m., and more than 45 local businesses and organizations are setting up downtown to hand out treats.

Check out the map to see who’s coming and where to find them downtown. Plan your route, grab a bucket and bring your best costumes!

Solidarity Community Federal Credit Union donated bags for trick-or-treaters, so if your kids need one, make sure to swing by the Tipton Main Street Association table at #5 first!

A huge thank you to every business and organization taking part. You’re the reason this night happens, and we’re grateful you’re giving your time (and a lot of candy) to the kids in our community. Another big thank you to Tipton Main Street Association for teaming up with us this year.

Jefferson and Main streets will stay open during the event, so please watch for traffic and keep little ones close.

See you downtown Friday!
