So I was at a customer's house today that had a competitor out last year to clean her chimney. This company told her the chimney was cleaned and so was the clean out/ash dump. I think not there is no way that all of this creosote is for one season. Also they tried to sell her a woodstove. And 1600 dollars worth of repairs to the inside of the Firefox. Remember Cheaper is not always better you pay for what you get....

Someone replaced the chase pan and didn't make sure all the pipes were connected. Others were out to clean it and never look inside the pipe or they would have caught that there were 2 pipes that weren't connected.

Fireguard before during and the after pictures. No more worries about fire getting between the tiles. Also if you have had a chimney fire and have cracked and broken tiles this can be used to repair the tiles with a lifetime warranty!!!
