This was a challenging demo and overhaul with multiple layers of flooring and subfloor under carpet.

The Kitchen had 7 layers of sheet vinyl, tile, and subfloor alone!
Can't believe the customers Kitchen Cabinet Company installed cabinets on top of all those visible layers.

We had to delicately multi tool and kick plate saw around every cabinet to get down to the original substrate.(Kitchen tile install coming soon)
Had to tighten up and sand every plywood seam and sheet throughout dwelling to quiet and secure original subfloor.

Severe extensive Damage from a couple different broken pipes in walls and ceiling.
Lighting and Electrcal destroyed and Comprimised.
Hardwood Flooring buckled and released from concrete in areas.
Appliances and Interior Mechanicals Ruined!
Homeowner at a serious loss and devastation!
FloorCrafters was able to fully restore back to better than it's former Glory.
After demo of the Hardwood the concrete subfloor was completely compromised throughout . We had to self level this one entirely. The Gorgeous finish speaks for itself 👌

FloorCrafters was able to completely transform this raised home!
Out with the Laminate and dull mustard paint color.
In with the Benjamin Moore Regal Beach Vibes.
This house was a lot of work! We had to go underneath and jack up and shim the existing substrate. Fix major squeaks and instabilities.
