One thing I do after sharpening is wipe every tool down with rust protection. It helps prevent corrosion, protects the metal, and keeps the tool looking its best.

Restoring a vintage Russell Green River Works chef knife 🇺🇸

This old USA-made blade had years of pull through sharpener damage and deep scratch marks. Cleaned up the finish, restored the satin grain, and brought the edge back to life.

Old knives deserve a second chance. 😂

This is how I touch up serrated knives that don’t need any grinding or putting new points on the serrations. I use a low speed bucktool bench grinder.
