Home Theater Dynamix was started in 2007 because we love what we do. We like watching people be amazed by the technology that's out there today. A few weeks ago we did a troubleshoot for a customer who was on the way to another job. Although it was not a physical intense job, we were able to tweek a few things so the system operates easier and make some recommendations for the future so the system can sound better.. We decided not to charge even though the customer insisted, we declined a few times. To our suprise we received a heart warming letter in the mail thanking us with some gift cards to local restaurants!! Now that's customer service and a customer for life!!!
