An evening of art, yoga & connection

Join us at Art & Stuff Studio in downtown Trenton for a one-of-a-kind evening where movement meets art. Come solo, bring a friend, or reconnect with old ones. This night is all about community, creativity, and wellness. 🎨

🧘‍♀️ 45-minute gentle yoga flow, open to all levels, followed by a guided meditation, led by Dr. Lori Langton of FloWithLo Movement & Wellness
