Love the character of your older home… but wish it felt a little more updated?
Here’s your reminder that you don’t have to erase everything that makes your home special to give it a fresh new look.
This living room had so much potential, and we knew one thing from the beginning: that beautiful original brick fireplace was staying.
Rather than designing around what’s trending, we designed around what made this home charming in the first place.
✨ Vertical shiplap adds texture and architectural interest throughout the room.
✨ New flooring brings warmth and a fresh, cohesive feel.
✨ Custom built-in cabinetry adds beautiful, intentional storage.
✨ New windows on either side of the fireplace bring in natural light and make that original brick the star of the room.
The result? A living room that feels completely refreshed without losing the character that made it special.

What if the most beautiful feature in your kitchen isn’t actually IN your kitchen? 👀🌿
This kitchen already had something incredible going for it: a gorgeous backyard view. But the two-tier island was interrupting the sightline and making the space feel more closed off than it needed to be.
So instead of completely reinventing the kitchen, we focused on bringing out its best features. ✨
We brightened the finishes, removed the raised countertop, and created one beautiful, streamlined island with more usable prep space and room to gather.
The result? A kitchen that feels lighter, more open, and beautifully connected to the outdoors.

This laundry room was working HARD… but the space wasn’t working for its owners. 👀✨
The BEFORE tells the story of homeowners who were making the most of every inch they had. But even with creative organization, the room lacked the storage and functionality they really needed.
So we completely reimagined it.
With thoughtfully designed storage, a dedicated folding counter, and beautiful finishes, we transformed this hardworking space into a room that’s just as functional as it is beautiful.

The best view in this kitchen was hiding behind the ISLAND. 👀🌿
Sometimes the biggest transformation in a kitchen isn’t what you add. It’s what you take away.
This kitchen had a two-tier island that divided the space and interrupted the beautiful view of the backyard.
So we made one simple but impactful design decision: take it down to one level.
The result? ✨
🤍 A sleek, streamlined island that makes the entire kitchen feel more open.
🌿 An uninterrupted sightline to the gorgeous backyard.
✨ More usable countertop space for cooking, gathering and everyday life.
And perhaps our favorite part? The kitchen now feels more connected to the beautiful surroundings that made our clients fall in love with their home in the first place.

The best renovations don’t just update a room. They make it feel like it was always meant to look this way. ✨
This living room had an awkward closet that added very little to the space so rather than simply making it prettier, we completely reimagined it.
We removed the closet and designed custom built-in cabinetry and shelving that feels intentional to the architecture of the room. Shiplap adds subtle texture and dimension throughout, while an updated mantel gives the fireplace the presence it deserves.

The transformation is beautiful, but what we love most is that nothing feels added on.

Would you put an outlet in the TOP of your kitchen island? 👀
Before you say no…look at how we did it.
This island originally had a two-tier countertop, but taking it down to one level instantly made the kitchen feel more open and gave our clients a much larger, more usable surface.
But that left us with one question:
Where do the outlets go?
Instead of interrupting the clean sides of the island, we installed hidden pop-up outlets right into the countertop and used a matching piece of the countertop on top so they practically disappear when they’re not being used. ✨
It’s one of those little details we love about custom kitchen design: function is important, but it doesn’t have to look functional.
Now we want to know because we think this one might divide the room. 😂

Sometimes a room doesn’t need to become something different, it just needs to become everything it could have been. ✨This living room renovation was about so much more than fresh paint and new floors. We completely reimagined how the room could look, feel AND function.
