As our Project Design and Selection Coordinator, you'll be the guiding hand through one of the most exciting parts of building a custom home: choosing the perfect interior and exterior finishes. From stunning countertops and cabinetry to beautiful siding, roofing, flooring, lighting, and more—you'll work directly with clients to make selections that reflect their style, stay on budget, align with current trends, and meet our high standards of premium quality craftsmanship.
This role is perfect for someone who:

Has a sharp eye for detail and loves organization
Knows construction materials, building processes, and what's trending in new home design
Enjoys working with people and turning visions into beautiful, functional spaces
Ability to communicate and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, subonctactors, and clients
Thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment

What you'll do:

Lead client selection meetings and showroom visits
Curate options, prepare color boards, schedules, and detailed documentation
Stay ahead of industry trends and material innovations
Keep projects moving smoothly by hitting selection deadlines
Partner with our construction team to ensure everything builds beautifully

Experience in homebuilding, selections coordination, interior design, or a related field is a big plus—especially if you've worked with custom or semi-custom homes!
