Another chimney repair completed by Ace Construction and Fireplace. This chimney was in need of a crown repair, 14-16 courses of brick, and lower side tuck pointing. The chimney repair was complete with caulking and a chimney cap replacement.

Another successful chase-pan and chimney cap install by Ace Construction & Fireplace.

Chase-pans provide a protective stainless steel or galvanized barrier between your chimney chase and water.
