Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely crafted according to the customer's specifications, making it impossible to resell returned items. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
Q: How do I qualify for free freight?
A: Free freight is available for knock-down frame kit (KD) orders and/or for Decorative mirror orders over $1,000
Q: What are your frames made out of?
A: Most Classic Series frames are wood while all Value Series frames are made from MDF. EasyFrame® Series frames are either wood or MDF, depending on the style chosen.
Q: What is the maximum size for framed mirrors?
A: It depends on which series frame you chose:
- Up to 118" - KD (EasyFrame®, Value, and Classic Series)
- Up to 90" - RTH (Value and Classic Series)
- Up to 16 Linear Feet - KD (Metal Series)
PLEASE NOTE: We do not recommend the maximum size frame for any of the moulding profiles offered. Responsibility for assembly, safety of application, and of secure installation rest solely with the dealer. Any frames greater than 85" in either width or height will incur oversized shipping charges. These charges can be up to $400 or more.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: YES! Details may be found in our printed net price sheets.
Q: How much is my freight if I just need one KD or Decorative mirror?
A: Exact costs will vary depending on size and distance. Most single KD frame kits or Decorative mirrors ship for $50 or less.
Q: How do you clean/maintain the framed mirrors?
A: We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth using a water/vinegar mixture. Wipe gently over surface then remove any moisture with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use any type of chemical, ammonia based cleaning product, or harsh abrasive when cleaning the frame and/or mirror. Not following these guidelines may result in voiding the warranty.
Q: I have a customer asking for a specific frame profile or color that you don't show in your literature. What do I do?
A: Please reach out to our sales team. We will do our best to accommodate!
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Let us know within 24 hours of original purchase order. We will do our best to honor your request if production has not begun and/or special order products have not been shipped to us.
Q: How will I know that my order was received?
A: Upon receipt of your purchase order, you will receive an acknowledgement email with lead time guidance. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a formal confirmation.
