To celebrate National Donut Day, we're sharing two easy ways to create bakery-style donuts at home using your favorite Lesley Elizabeth sugar blend.

🍩 EASY SUGAR-COATED DONUTS
Makes 8 donuts
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated jumbo biscuits
Vegetable oil for frying
½ cup Lesley Elizabeth flavored sugar of your choice
Instructions:
-Heat 2 inches of oil in a heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F.
-Separate biscuits and carefully fry 2–3 at a time for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
-Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and allow to cool slightly.
-Place your favorite Lesley Elizabeth flavored sugar in a shallow bowl.
-Roll warm donuts in the sugar until evenly coated.
Serve immediately.

🍩 SIMPLE DONUT GLAZE
Makes enough for 8 donuts
Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Lesley Elizabeth flavored sugar, finely crushed if needed
Instructions:
-Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and flavored sugar until smooth.
-Add additional milk, ½ teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
-Dip cooled donuts into the glaze or drizzle over the top.
-Allow glaze to set before serving.
