There is a nationwide scam wherein criminals are selling homeowners houses without the homeowner's knowledge. The Arizona Department of Real Estate has created a remedial website: https://earlyalert.azre.gov/
Sign up now; it's easy and quickly accomplished. If you receive an alert that your property being entered into escrow without your consent, you may contact the Arizona Department of Real Estate to let them know it’s a fraudulent transaction.

The Pima County Recorders Office also has a place on their website where you can get notifications about changes to the property registration. Pima County Fraud Notification. https://www.recorder.pima.gov/FraudNotify

Always fun to see the rough-in plumbing start on a bath remodel! Expert Plumbing has some funky issues to correct as they build out the new plans, but it’s in safe hands! This is a first time working with D&S Renovations and it’s going very well.

Looking back through old portfolios and came across this. It was really fun transforming this dated southwest lamp using only ribbon on the base and shade. No paint, just breaking the color lines. And fun turning a dated southwest room into an updated southwest theme, keeping the furniture and art.
