Large Scale Acrylic Painting. 2nd piece in the “Sink or Swim” series. This piece is titled “Surface Tension” following her first piece “Resurfacing”.
These paintings tell the story of overcoming adversity, fighting the sensation of feeling overwhelmed, of being breathless, of drowning in all of life’s problems and emotions. These painting show the story of pulling oneself out of the cold, dark abyss and toward the light and air where we can breathe again.
“Surface Tension” depicts the moment before you breakthrough the surface, that final moment of holding your breath before you fill your lungs with air. Her original piece is being sold for $400 right now.

Hello, today we are collecting donations on behalf of the Moreau Family.
David Moreau, beloved father, teacher, brother and friend, passed away due to complications with a rare spinal condition on April 3rd 2024, leaving behind a 12 year old daughter, his wife, 12 grandchildren and 8 adult children.
We are collecting these donations to help the family during this difficult time. Please share and consider donating if you’re able.
