Easy budget friendly family pasta dish: Vodka
Penne

This was a first for my family. My teens wanted to try a different pasta dish and this came to mind because I’ve never had it either. We were down 3 little people (the youngins had a fun night at the grandparents, teens think they’re too old for that now)

I used:
Penne pasta
Vodka Sauce (from a jar)
Mild Italian Sausage
Parmesan shavings for the top

Such a quick, easy and budget friendly dinner idea.
