I’ve never been someone who’s comfortable in front of a camera. 🙃 Behind the scenes is where I come to life. But I was told this was an important one to share.

When you call Metro, you’re not getting someone who simply measures a window and shows you products. You get an eye that understands lighting, paint pigments and undertones. I can tell you what fabrics will look like at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. in your space, and more importantly, why.

That’s the difference experience makes.

We don’t just measure windows. We read the room.

The best design is the one that feels like it was always there.
These plantation shutters were finished in the exact Sherwin-Williams paint colors used throughout the home, creating a seamless look that complements the existing trim, doors, and shiplap.

Sometimes the best choice isn’t another shade of white, it’s the one that completes the design.

Great design doesn’t compete with architecture. It respects it.
Most people call us because they need privacy. Ironically, that’s the last thing I look at when I walk into a home. Privacy is the easy part.

My goal isn’t just to add shades. It’s to preserve the design, the sightlines, and the architecture that made you fall in love with the home in the first place.

That’s my approach to every home.

We get asked often… can you match shutters to my trim?
Yes. And doing it right matters.

Not all wood takes paint the same way, and understanding the material is critical to achieving a true match.

This Stone Canyon home in Owasso is getting shutters matched to their custom trim with an exact paint match to bring it all together.

More people are moving away from standard finishes and thinking outside the box. Shutters don’t have to stand out. They can be matched to the space so everything flows seamlessly.

I’m never at installs, and I don’t ask my installers or clients for photos or reviews out of respect for them and their homes.

My background is in design, and I carry that same level of discretion into every project. What I do is about my clients, not me.

When photos are shared with me, it means more than people realize. I rarely see the final result unless it’s shared, and I always ask for permission before posting.

This client wanted style but couldn’t risk the neighborhood watch going off duty, and clearly these two are still on the job.

Bringing the inside out.

A beautiful space shouldn’t stop at your back door. We help extend your living space outdoors while still giving you the same comfort you expect inside.

With exterior shades, you get sun control, temperature control, and even bug control, so your outdoor space feels just as functional and enjoyable as your interior.

Whether you’re inside looking out or outside looking in, we cover it all.

Corner windows and sliding door layouts like this are where standard solutions fall apart… and the right product changes everything.

Zebra shades give you precise control over light, privacy, and alignment across multiple planes. Instead of breaking up the space, we carry a clean, continuous line through both walls, even at the corner. That’s intentional design, not luck.

The layered band system lets you shift from open view to filtered light to full privacy while keeping a sleek, modern look across large openings.

This is what we do every day. We don’t just cover windows… we solve for architecture, function, and flow.

If you have a challenging space, we’ll make it make sense.
