A moment for KB’s Floral Fan✨

I checked the weather the week of the Martinez wedding and saw that it was going to be 98 degrees (in early March🙃). Heat index was even higher. I knew KB was probably a little bummed to have summer weather for her very intentional spring wedding, so I was like HOW CAN WE KEEP HER A LITTLE COOLER during outside pics??!

Ah, yes. A floral fan for Mrs. Martinez🤌🏽🌺I decided that using real flowers in that sort of heat wouldn’t be the best idea for longevity (and weight), so it’s a mix of silks and real. my heart is FULL FULL FULL after this weekend. We had a double header wedding weekend at Philbrook Museum and anyone who has ever worked a wedding there knows how challenging it is just due to the sheer size of the property…..then add in the 105 degree heat index on Saturday😮‍💨It was tricky, but we got everything done ahead of schedule both days and I’m so proud of how it all turned out. Grateful to our wonderful team! Thank you for all your hard work. Pictured here is a 100% silk flower pillar piece from Saturday with a beautiful piece of Liv & Vine Smilax to accent. Yall, it’s been such a crazy + fun week! Super super excited for our events this weekend. We have some really cool installs Saturday & Sunday! We’ll be at Philbrook both days. I am busy flowering and finishing up florals and will answer all inquiries early next week. We’ve had more inquiries this past 5 days than any other week in my 7 years of doing this. It’s kinda blowing my mind tbh 🤯 I’m super excited to dive into questionnaires and details next week. If you’re waiting, I appreciate you & your patience while we wrap up an insane (but amazing!) design week🥳I sure love this life of flowers and I’m grateful for every single person who considers doing business with us.
