Consider a custom bench from Central Tree Woodworks.

This Bench is 7 feet long, 21 & 1/4 inches deep,3 feet high. Pegboard and lower shelf is 42 inches wide. Total unit is 70 inches tall, just under the metal vent pipe.

It fits perfectly in this space!
