A complete redesign of the 2nd & 3rd floors plus a refreshed exterior facade—now filled with light, smart flow, and spaces that actually work for a family of five. A couple of key updates include the addition of the primary bath and closet that feels like it was always there, not an afterthought, adding a bathroom on the 3rd to make it a guest suite for all the friends and family that visit, and a functional laundry room (which may be the most essential for a busy young family!)
