It's been a minute since I've posted. Losing my mom was alot. Felt like I lost my biggest supporter and I felt like I lost a huge part of me. She always helped keep that spark of creativity in me burning. I've debated on closing shop for good, to be honest, I'm still not 100% on which way I'm going to go. However, thankfully I have two amazing girls and a husband who help me keep my head above water, out of the clouds and bring me back to center.
That being said, I have a very creative and talented 15 year old who has already decided on what she wants to do for her career. And to be honest, she's already killing it after one year of growth. She practices, practices, messes up and practices some more. Most days she's in her room creating and retrying until she accomplishes the vision. I couldn't more proud as a mom. As someone who knows how hard building a brand or business can be, she's already getting the ball rolling and the clients that come to see her is a steady revolving door around here. I love that for her.
I wanted to do something that seems so small on my part that would be a boost to her business she's creating, and now she's boosting me to think outside the box of not just home decor and drinkware. Hand poses for nail pictures can be awkward at times, now she can get her better pictures and build her portfolio to show the nails more than the entire hands. You can follow her progression on instagram! Proud of you kiddo, keep chasing that dream!
