We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. With winter creeping in, (well as much "winter" as we get in California !) the growing season is slowing down. All of my personal succulent planters and arrangements have thrived this year. Some have gotten a little out of control even. It is so easy to clean them up though, and make them look great again. Just pull off any dead or discolored leaves and dead flower stalks. Most established plants will start to multiply and make babies. These can be harvested to plant elsewhere or left alone to keep filling In. Any pieces that have gotten to tall or long can be cut, and stuck in the soil to root and make a brand new plant ! ( one of the many reasons I love succulents ! ) In the colder months most succulent varieties will go semi-dormant as you cutback on watering. You probably will see new growth slow a bit, and the color on some varieties may not be as vibrant. Don't be alarmed, with very little care, they will outgrowing your containers again come springtime ! I always post pictures of our new arrangements, so I thought this time I would show some of my personal collection. These have all been growing for at least a couple of years, a couple of them have been around for about 4 years. All of them are left outside year round. Wanted to show how nicely they fill in once established and to show how many beautiful and colorful varieties there are to choose from !

Happy Fall everyone !🍁🍂
In the coming weeks I will be making up some holiday themed arrangements. I will post pictures as I go. They will all be for sale, but also to give you some ideas of the many different ways we can customize an arrangement to fit any style or holiday. Any arrangement can be made with real succulents and plants or artificial ones, for those of you who don't have a green thumb. With the holidays right around the corner now is the time to start thinking of your decorating and gift giving needs. Here are a couple of fall themed ones I started with. The larger one is a faux pumpkin with artificial succulents. The smaller one are real succulents in a ceramic pumpkin. I will be making one in a real pumpkin with real succulents next. Stay tuned...

Made up a whole bunch of faux succulent arrangements for an upcoming vendor event, only to be notified that it was cancelled😢 Now I have an abundance on hand ! If you or someone you know, wants a cute arrangement but don't have a green thumb these would be perfect. They will always look beautiful with no upkeep at all.
