We started laser cutting nearly 20 years ago because our high-tech, engineering backgrounds needed an outlet and a challenge. At the time, we were running one of Southern California's premier, full-service quilt shops, and the laser-cut kits and acrylic rulers and templates that we made were a nice complement to the retail storefront. In fact, it got to the point that in late 2012, we had to close our retail storefront to handle the growing demand. Soon thereafter, we had to make room for more equipment and more people when we began to make pre-cuts and kits for fabric manufacturers and major online retailers. Alas, several years later an unexpected opportunity arose and we sold our pre-cut and kitting business. Today we are focused on designing and manufacturing quilting and sewing notions, rulers and templates. This includes the best-selling Slit 'N Sew(TM) template product line that allows even confident beginners to do curved piecing easily with perfect results - and no pinning! We also make custom acrylic templates for businesses in the quilting and sewing market including fabric manufacturers, sewing machine manufacturers, quilt and sewing retailers, designers, teachers, longarmers, and
