We sell Table Top Temples, assess existing space for Vaastu relevance, and consult on architectural design for Vaastu compliance. As a professional counselor, I have found that many people are seeking peace and happiness. Often people expect that their home will be a source of comfort and yet for many it is not. It is my long-held belief that a person's environment and surroundings affect their quality of life. After years of searching for a body of knowledge that contained that wisdom, I was fortunate to find the American University of Mayonic Science and Technology, Dr. Jessie Mercay and Vaastu! This university, “chartered” by the late Dr. V. Ganapati Sthathapi of Mamalapuram, Tamil Nadu, India, supports the study of the ancient texts (Vaastu Shastra, Pranava Veda and Aintiram) and the practice of authentic Vaastu. Students commit to a rigorous two-year program that involves two practicum experiences, which are hands-on construction projects, and an intensive two-week tour of Vaastu structures in South India. When Dr. Sthathapi was awarded the national Shilpi Guru recognition from the Prime Minister of India in 1999, it marked the beginning of the re-emergence and recognition of authentic Vaastu. The American University of Mayonic Science and Technology, Dr. Jessie Mercay and I toil to that end.
