I graduated CIA (The Culinary Institute of America) in 2005 and have been working in the food service industry at various locations. I have learned a lot over the years but one thing that I truly enjoy doing is cake decorating. Being able to start CookingWihtDave.US in order to help teach virtually is what truly makes me excited to finally share my passion with others. I hope that you will be able to join me in a class and have a good time learning a new skill that you will be able to share with others.
