It has plenty is storage space with original floral designs on the glass doors. It would be a great spot to display this set of antique metal scoops. YOU MAY NEVER SEE ONE AGAIN. This slate-top table has vintage gunstocks for legs—a great Christmas gift for the gun enthusiast in your family. It’s at Re-Fry’d Vintage and the Rusty Porch, 9006 Ninth Ave. in the Antiques Village along with these unique “painter” glasses and a 1930 Ford Model A radiator shell that’s been converted to a very cool oil can display rack. GET PACKING AND CHECK THE MENU at Re-Fry’d Vintage and the Rusty Porch, 9006 Ninth Ave. in the Antiques Village. These vintage suitcases make great accent pieces and the old Pepsi menu’s prices show its age. The orange toolbox makes a great jack-o-lantern tote and someone made a three-wheeler from an old shoe stretcher—very cool. The Dayton National Bank eagle bank is a nice piece. CLASSICS ON DISPLAY, and for sale, at Re-Fry’d Vintage and the Rusty Porch, 9006 Ninth Ave. in the Antiques Village. The two signs are vintage classics in every way. The Frigidaire sign (SOLD) came from the Dayton Frigidaire plant before it closed in 1979–a real piece of local history. The Blue Grass sign is from just down the river in Louisville. The Snap, Crackle and Pop dolls were given away by Kellogg as a promotion in the 1970s and nothing is cooler than a die cast ‘66 GTO. The model DC-3 airliner is made by classic toy maker Ertl. The jack-o’-lantern sits on a vintage orange chair, perfect for the front porch at Halloween. The portrait of Elvis is signed and the phrenology bust is an interesting piece. LOCAL HISTORY ABOUNDS at Re-Fry’d Vintage and the Rusty Porch, 9006 Ninth Ave. in the Antiques Village. This jacket pays tribute to one of Dayton’s iconic businesses. The crate served the Red Wing Company, a soda and ice cream business in Dayton and Xenia, Ohio, in the 1920s and 30s. The lard can is from Sucher’s of Dayton and the Hobart deli scales was manufactured in Dayton. The Dayton Breweries bottles are from the early 20th Century and the glass tray from 1964 commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Dayton Engineers Club. The vintage aluminum pitcher and glasses were all the color rage in the 1950s and the churn is ready to offer up some golden butter. This Cincy Bengals neon light is a must for any Who-Dey fan. The antique football cleats make a nice display piece along with the vintage helmet and quarterback Avon bottle. Dayton’s own Johnathan Winters is pitching b**r in this ad and the wooden canister set is right out of mid-20th Century. The wood carrier hold beautiful canning jars dating back to 1913. The macrame towel holder from the 70s is so ugly it’s cool. The scarecrow and pumpkin man are part of a big Halloween collection and the wood glove mold is eerily chic.
