Started my day #1 this morning with a 3 day liver detox. This company is not only amazing in product but also leadership and tools from some amazing coaches.

A few remedies I use personally to help with my cortisol from the trauma and grief.

In a world filled with so many unhealthy choices and with many so called health decisions we can easily find ourselves on a hunt that should bring a healthier way but quickly turns to even more difficult decisions.

I have been there and thought more meant better and quickly realized my choices could only be made by my symptoms.
I stop and choose wisely now because we can actually do more harm by adding more than starting slow and adding natural detoxification such as rest, food choices, a slow pace exercise such as walking, rebound and just stretching.
I have been at my peak of health and healing just as I have also had to start again at my lowest.

Health and healing is a daily process not a finished result. And with the right chose in that process we can feel and be a much better self.
