Wild Lilac Designs and "Look What I Can Do" Mobile Paint Parties I create Raincross glassware and signs, Perfectly Personalized and customized home decor, and "Look Please let us know that at time of order.

I offer custom made, personalized products such as etched or vinyled glassware, custom decorated clothing for kids and adults and custom home decor, as well as "Look What I Can Do" Private Paint Parties where you create unique and charming wood signs for your home! Info you need to know - Many of my creations are custom made for each person, and as such, there can be no returns or refunds on custom made items. Custom-ordered items need to be paid in full upon order, and delivery/shipping will be extra and charged as necessary

Seller is not responsible for damages during shipment, buyer is responsible to purchase insurance if desired. Additional Policies: All items sold here are individually handmade, and therefore prone to small variations and minor imperfections upon occasion. Wood items may be made with recycled and/or upcycled wood, and as such may vary from original pictures of like products. We stand behind our work completely, and carefully inspect each and every item upon completion and before shipping. Please inspect your new item within 7 days of receipt. In the event of any defects in workmanship that are found within 7 days of receipt, please be sure to take pictures and notify us Immediately! We take pride in our products and will be more than happy to replace your product. However if you do not let us know of an issue or defect within the SEVEN DAY (7) time frame then we will not be able to help you. No refunds or replacements will be applicable. So please let us know at once of any problems!! Any attempts to correct the issue on your own will void our warranty, and you will no longer be eligible for either a replacement or refund. Vinyled Items: All vinyled items (such as tumblers, glassware or cutting boards) are to be HAND WASHED ONLY! Use of a dishwasher is at your own risk and is not recommended. Items washed in the dishwasher will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Also please DO NOT use any sort of citrus based soap when washing a vinyled item. The citrus oils eat away at the adhesive and drastically shorten the life of your item. Everyday wear and tear cannot be replaced or repaired. Incorrect washing or damage caused by washing is not covered in any way. Clothing created with heat transfer vinyl should be washed inside out in cold water and hung to dry. Wild Lilac Designs is not responsible for any peeling or otherwise damaged designs if these washing instructions are not followed.
