Please forgive me for not keeping up to date on this site. As of last year, I no longer am cooking through Josephine.com. I am, however, still cooking up vegetarian-based meals, bursting with flavor, color and healthy ingredients! Keep me in mind for your next special event.

What a ride it's been...on the cooking train, and I did what I set out to do...go out with a BANG! BIGGEST night ever for me and Josephine, THANKS to all of my wonderful customers! It's been an amazing journey the last 8 months, and I will definitely miss the weekly cooking, but I will especially miss the time spent with all of YOU...getting to know you and your families has been so very special to me. You know where I live 😉 so, even though my "Kitchen is Closed" sign is hanging, my front door is ALWAYS OPEN...unless I'm not home, of course. Bon Appetit, and never forget..."What I made with my Hands 🤲, I gave with my Heart ❤️"

This Valentines Day, forget the over-priced, over-booked restaurants that disappoint both economically and gastronomically. Allow me, your 'Cooking Cupid', to do all the work by creating an all-in-one "Sweet" Meal Deal for just You, or to be shared by 2 or 4 of you! I will be offering Prepared Complete Dinners-To-Go, with Love in mind, ready to be enjoyed as soon as you get home. The menu will include a savory and "hearty" Vegetable Pot Pie, packed with rainbow carrots, Yukon Gold potatoes, peas, green beans, mushrooms, and pearl onions, basting in a rich and velvety vegan "gravy", nestled beneath a hand-rolled flaky flour crust. To this, I'll be adding a Roasted Red Beet Salad, tossed with feta cheese, roasted walnuts, and arugula, with an olive oil & balsamic dressing. But, wait, I'm not done...Valentine's Day = Chocolate so, it's time to be a little "naughty" with the help from a decadent chocolate (heart) cheesecake, adorned with real hand-whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
