The Wandering Geranium Vintage inspired furniture and home accents. You know the old adage, "One man's trash is another man's treasure"?

I truly believe this and love spending hours (and miles) wandering through thrift stores, estate sales, and salvage lots looking for my very own "treasures". They may not look like much when I take them home, but I can see the potential in every discarded chair and old window...there is a new life hiding in every one of them! Each piece I refurbish or repurpose starts with a unique vision of what I know it can be and then the process begins. Each item is carefully handcrafted from beginning to end. Whether it needs scrubbing, sanding, painting, or anything else, I assure you each process is completed by me. I don't believe in cutting corners or working in haste; if a project takes three days, it will be well worth it in the end! I only use high quality products to complete each piece and carefully research the products I use. When you take home one of my "treasures", I hope it will bring you as much joy in your home as it brought me throughout it's creation!

I like to “steer into the skid” when I refinish furniture and decided to highlight all the cracks, bumps, and alligatoring with milk paint. It allowed all the character and texture to shine!
