New product alert!

Hatch Chile Enchilada Sauce, $12/quart jar. Same recipe as my regular enchilada sauce with a slow, spicy burn for added heat.

Cowboy Candy BBQ sauce, $13/pint jar. If you’ve had my any of my cowboy candy varieties then you’ve probably enjoyed that syrup. The base of this recipe is that syrup, it has great flavor with a nice light burn. It was an amazing addition to burgers and fries the other evening.
