O.K., it's been a while since I have posted anything on this website. I moved from Sacramento to Vallejo three years ago. The City of Vallejo has a much more difficult process to obtain a business license than Sacramento's process. I'm finally ready to start teaching cooking classes and preparing meals for clients.
The Holiday season is not that far off and I can help you with planning for any dinner parties you plan to have or, if you just don't like cooking--sign up for me to bring meals to you weekly.
I have also started producing some of my culinary products for you to buy for yourself, your family or purchase for gifts for your friends.
I make all of my own vinaigrettes. Great for salads or marinade: Mustard-Dill, Cesar Salad, Papaya-Cilantro, Orange-Cilantro and Asian Vinaigrette. The Mustard-Dill makes the best potato salad without a drop of mayonnaise. The Asian Vinaigrette makes a luscious coleslaw--again, no mayonnaise. The Papaya-Cilantro vinaigrette makes a fabulous Brussel Sprout Salad. I've also started making jars of watermelon and pear-ginger jams. These jams are wonderful with homemade biscuits or cornbread muffins. These jams are extremely flavorful. Treat yourself.
As I've said in the past, I am a chef who focuses on creating healthy foods that will make you drool. I've grown a fabulous garden over the past two years. I've been picking huge strawberries, fresh raspberries, and a ton of blueberries. I also have a special plant--passion fruit. I made a passion fruit ice cream. Healthy foods don't have to taste bland. It was vegetarian cooking that taught me how to season with fresh herbs. Take a look at pictures of a few of my dishes. I will post some new pictures of dishes I've prepared over this past year.
Enjoy!!!
