diffused liner tutorial 👀

this is my favorite way to get that soft smoky liner effect while still keeping the eye lifted and defined ✨

quick notes 📝
• place tape angled toward the tail of your brow
• sketch your liner with a black pencil
• blend the edge before it fully sets using a flat brush
• keep the deepest color close to the lash line
• peel the tape for a clean lifted finish 👀
• clean up any edges with a q-tip
