Vegan pizza.
Mushroom, black bean, fennel and anise “sausage” . Squash “cheese” tomato sauce, spinach, arugula, green pepper, spring onions, and mushroom topping.
Tasted good.
Next attempt I’ll try to not make big blobs of topping, but good first go at it I think.

I have been playing with the idea of flavored breads specifically to use as avocado toast. �I have made two versions of avocado bread, one with Italian seasoning and one with cardamom. I thought the citrusy notes of cardamom would enhance the richness of the avocado dough.
Toasted, the density of the bread is perfect to hold up to any topping. Avocado and tomato with a dusting of chili salt, or try grilled onions on a darkly toasted piece. Incredibly delicious.
