37 weeks 3 days
To say I'm 37 weeks is mind-boggling to me. Like 37 WEEKS! He will be here in less than 3 weeks!😱
I had my weekly appointment yesterday and I had my cervix checked. I'm 3.5 centimeters and 70% effaced. My midwife measured him and said he's term now and could come any time. I officially dropped last week but have continued to drop even more since 36 weeks.
I've lost weight from my limited food, no/low fat diet I can eat from my recent gallstones issues, but my midwife doesn't seem too concerned about it. She's still betting that Sam will weigh more than Hailey did. But we will have to see.
I've also been having pretty strong contractions on and off since 36 weeks. Only time will tell if he comes early, onetime, or if I'll need an induction again like I did with Hailey.
