People think pole has some secret club you have to qualify for first. A dance background. An athletic past. Years of training behind you. Nope. None of it.

Not gonna lie, talking to a camera is a lot harder than it looks. Teaching pole? That we can do.

Teaching pole is more than knowing how to do the move. It's breaking it down, spotting safely, choosing the right progression, and helping students actually build strength over time. That's what our Instructor Training is all about.

It's a two-day, hands-on program covering foundations, progressions, spotting, cueing, class structure, and the whole system we use to teach at Vertical Movement, plus lifetime access to a video training library you can come back to anytime.

Anyone can take it, whether you want to teach, sub, become a stronger instructor, or just understand how to train yourself better. Just note that completing it doesn't guarantee a job, but it's a great way to build your foundation and get your foot in the door.
