I made and sliced this sourdough cranberry bread last year November and it’s been in my fridge getting hard and curled and crusty 😳. But….. it comes back to life after a shower under my kitchen tap and a warm bake in my cast iron skillet and voila….. it makes a great bed for my avocado 🥑 😉. You can also rehydrate sourdough bread after a water bath in the over, toaster or air fryer 😌
