Yesterday’s Golden hour you pick was SO fun! 🤩 I am thrilled to do it again in a few weeks! Visitors pulled gorgeous blooms out of the field and the sunset was magical, just as I hoped!

That magical feeling that comes with trying to grow new varieties, I love it! I’m so thrilled to have such a great turn out happening for tomorrow evenings Golden Hour you pick at the flower farm. I’ve been pondering calling it a flower farm lately because is not really that. It’s really a permaculture garden. And with the new garden additions this season is definitely leaning more in that direction. We have big plans for next season as we’ll dive straight into the deep end and try to really heal and improve the soil. Our sunflower fields have really opened our eyes to some complications of the way it had previously been conventionally farmer. I suspected there was issues but this evidence makes it plain and clear. This understanding means we will need to take some steps I wouldn’t normally do when gardening in order to improve it going forward.
Either way, big changes are coming!
