Rocky Mountain Turf Farm is looking for a fun and energetic individual to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Greet customers and create rapport
Responsible closing deals and processing payments
Responsible for customer follow-up
Achieve monthly sales quotas
Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Close each day by ensuring all orders have been processed and paid.
File End of Day report for the dispatch team

Qualifications:

Possess excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to learn about all products offered by Rocky Mountain Turf Farm
Excellent oral communication skills
Must be a self-starter and driven
Willingness to take several phones call each day
Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
