Just posted this fabulous authentic bamboo and grass cloth antique sewing table from my personal collection to my Facebook marketplace selling page.

I’ve been having such fun selling on that platform where I can make my packages pretty with beautiful bags, tissue paper, stickers, and tie my business card on with jute. Basically everything I’d do if I had my own store.💙

Still not sure about opening up another space right now but for the time being, having a lot of fun working on my home office/selling room and meeting new antique besties on marketplace (and out in the wild! Shoutout to Donna!🫶🏻)

The door has closed on my space.

I enjoyed being a vendor for some time. I will always love collecting and sharing my finds, meeting customers and making friends with sweet new faces. I take pride in carefully selecting items I hope others enjoy and truly did a happy dance every time someone took home a piece of Something Blue Boutique.

Though this door has closed, my business name remains as I know the door will reopen at some point, when the time and place is right. And I’ll be so ready. It might be at markets. It might be at another shop. It might be from my home. But goodness, what fun I’ve had for 3 years of selling. I leave with my values and integrity in tact and though there were some tears, the smiles thinking of what’s to come help me know there are sure some bright days ahead.

This weekend was made so much more fun by this sweet support team and precious new friends!

My GOODNESS! Y’all! My very first vendor fair for Something Blue was a success! I got to meet so many fabulous customers who loved my sweet booth and took home SO many pieces of SBB. Chatting with customers is such a special gift. I love talking about my love of vintage allthethings and estate sales and up-cycling and gosh it was so much fun. 🥹🥹🥹

I also got to meet other vendors who were the absolute sweetest and became instant new best friends. We were a family this weekend and I wanted to cry when we parted ways. What a tremendous blessing it was to be placed near them. Forever friends. 💙 I feel like I was made for this lifestyle. It was a weekend for the books. And now, I rest.
