Kitchen remodel for the Zapatero family off of Adam Keeling Rd. here in Virginia Beach. The cabinets used for this project are Crystal Cabinets. There was a lot to do here because there were some design changes along the way. We did the most of the electrical and all of the plumbing modifications, installed the cabinets and finish work including the tile backsplash. There are waterfall countertops installed at the island. The flooring was installed by another company.

A kitchen remodel here off of Five Forks Rd. here in Virginia Beach, for the Wimer family. We did ALL of the work in this remodeling project ourselves.

We have done a lot of work on Charlie and Maria's house over the years. They have been loyal clients and good friends! We have remodeled most every aspect of their house for them. We have installed all new windows, new vinyl siding, a new roof, and have had the priviledge to remodel their two bathrooms, office and kitchen! .. in addition to building them the deck of their dreams and some nice fence work! They seem to be very happy with everything that we have done. Thank you for the opportunity to make this all happen for you Charlie and Maria!!

New Kitchen and Laundry room

Bathtub/shower remodel; At a beautiful home, right here on the bay in Chic's Beach, VB, VA. The designers spared no expense on the rest of the home, except on this tub/shower unit on the middle floor in the common bathroom. All of the other parts of this home are magazine quality! So, we tore out the oddly placed, pre-fab fiberglass shower unit, and sliding glass doors for these lovely newlyweds. We reconfigured the plumbing, cut out the existing tile floor to accept the new curved front tub, and installed nice custom tile and plumbing fixtures for them. We made it better for them to easily bathe the new little one on the way, and also made the bathroom more congruent with the rest of the home!

New home here in Chic's Beach needed back stairs remodeled. The storm door posed a problem, as it opened out over the stairs, so we tore them down and constructed a small deck/landing, then you approach the stairs. This made it easier for the elderly homeowner to go in and out with her pet, groceries, etc.. without having to negotiate the stairs at the same time.
