Happy Scorpio Season to all of my favorites lol. I always joke that I was raised by a Scorpio (Dad), alongside a Scorpio (Sister), and I am raising a Scorpio (Gooby). So I am very excited to celebrate all of the upcoming Scorpio birthdays. The Scorpio symbol of the scorpion 🦂 is painted in the Aro/Ace Pride Flag colors. In case you didn't know that one, it is a nod to our asexual/aromantic friends!

Almost didn't make this post, but I decided that Stitch's work deserved some recognition. I met with Stitch over the summer and gave her a rundown of everything I wanted done. We decided on a half sleeve and she drew up this beautiful design. We finally got in on Sunday and did the entire outline of the design. Already scheduled to come back for color. I'm absolutely in love with this little memorial to my babies surrounded by their momma's favorite things, a skull and mushrooms.💀🍄

A day late. But an emotional paint night with watercolors while I explored the grief behind losing my daughter Alma specifically. The spikes are the monitor I listened to her heart for hours at a time while they monitored my blood pressure and her heart rate for the month I was hospitalized. The heart is my love and the infinity symbol to show how it will never change. The red is blood; the representation of Death. Ever looming, ever present. Pinks and purples for her. Blues for the whole medical process of things.

Both new art and new display alert! "Sapphic Void" and "I will Possess Your Heart" will now be displayed at the LGBT Life Center in Hampton (which FB does not have a location link for this location yet) for the next few months! I am beyond grateful for the opportunity! It was a fantastic evening getting together with other artists and sharing the space and connecting together! A huge thank you to Studio Pacheco for hosting and organizing this event and display for us all!

This has been quite the eventful holiday weekend already! I know I am a bit behind on the Fairy Friday so I will be catching up later this weekend. But! In the meantime, I have an update. I switched up my display at The Moonchild’s Collection yesterday to a select few on the wall rather than the shelf! I also have partnered with thewomxnsconnective to set up a little gallery in the Bayside Area Public Library in Virginia Beach! Gooby and I went by today to see the pieces displayed. 🥰
