Tried omelets in AF first one I did I forgot to put paper liner in the silicone liner oops it stuck to the bottom with all the crinkles in. Second one I remembered but they both came out lovely . Cheese bacon tomato an mushroom. Yum. Baked on 170 for 10mins. Pre cooked the bacon tomato a mushroom in liner on its own the poured im the omelette moisture leaving the cheese grated to the last 3 mins.
