Please let me reintroduce myself.

Hi, I’m Steff Randle and my amazing husband John. When I first started Sunshine & Sweet Pea’s 8 years go, it was just me, my 3 babies, my parents, a small family of local artist and a few friends that helped build our amazing community today.

Since then I have come to truly believe in the saying, “ A Season, A Reason, A Lifetime”. My doors have always allowed people to come and go and be apart of this incredible journey. I’m thankful for all the ups and downs because that is what has sculpted me into the business owner that doesn’t know how to quit and will exhaust every plan to keep my passion and dreams going for my family.

The “Ups” have been wonderful, helping me grieve the loss of my Bestfriend “Sweet Pea” who died 10 years ago, experiencing new people daily, creating a wonderful community in the Hampton Roads area, giving my children an out look on life of what entrepreneurship is and a working hurtling mom.

The things people don’t see behind the scenes in 8 years…. I have gone through a divorce, loss of both of my parents, the sleepless nights of worry about how to stay up on trends, where the money is going to come from to pay the next months bills, realizing you won’t make everyone happy, an ever struggling economy and sometimes just the backlash from people that don’t have a clue of what goes on behind the scenes. I have had to make choices to keep this dream alive and continue to PIVOT.

All that being said this wonderful man came into my life in a chaotic, hard and messy transition in my life. He has helped me push through my emotions, encouraged me to keep hustling on days I have struggled, love and supported my children and all my dreams of more for our family. I have never had someone tell me Yes I’ll help you figure it out, instead of you never sit still, your dreams are too much or aren’t going to work. We have both come together at a time to rebuild our lives and it’s a lot, but so thankful to have my supportive loving hard working husband to build it with.

All this being said, we have a BIG announcement coming tomorrow. Stay tuned! 🌟
