Y’all ready for some big news?

I am joining .creative this year to help bring awareness and support the CHD/Transplant community!

As some of you may know February is heart month! To celebrate, we’re creating a Grateful Heart Gift Box♥️

This box will have three different sizes, (small, medium, and large) all of which will have hand-poured candles, beautifully handmade earrings by Alex Collins, and hand-drawn stickers by Skylar Collins.

A portion of all sales will be donated to Heartfelt Dreams Foundation, a nonprofit organization that strives to provide emotional and financial support to those with Congenital Heart Defect. They also work with leaders in cardiac care to advance medical knowledge in an effort to benefit CHD patients.

This organization has supported Skylar and Alex on their journey in such a huge way. It only makes sense that this is the organization we want to give back to.

Boxes will be on preorder from January 11th-20th! So keep your eyes peeled because it will be here before you know it! This will make a great gift for anyone whether you are cardiac patient or not!

We are super excited about this collaboration! We hope y’all love it!
