Part-Time Event Rental & Setup Team Member

Epic Party Waco — Waco, Texas

Epic Party Waco is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated team member to join our event rental and setup crew.

This is a part-time position to start, with the potential for full-time hours and increased responsibility in the future.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone reliable who shows up on time and can be counted on
• Flexible availability — some evenings, nights, and weekends are required
• Comfortable performing manual labor and physical work
• Able to lift, load, unload, move, and set up event rental equipment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Good customer service and people skills
• Attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties

• Loading and unloading event rental equipment
• Delivering, setting up, and breaking down tents, tables, chairs, décor, lighting, and other event equipment
• Moving and arranging equipment at event locations
• Assisting with event installations and decorating
• Maintaining and organizing rental equipment
• Helping keep the warehouse, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
• Providing professional and friendly service to customers
• Other duties related to event setup and rental operations as needed

Schedule

Part-time to start, with hours varying based on our event schedule. Evening, nighttime, and weekend availability is required, particularly during busy event seasons.

There is an opportunity for this position to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Ideal Candidate

The right person is someone who is dependable, hardworking, flexible, physically capable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Event work can be unpredictable, so being able to adapt, work under pressure, and get the job done is important.

Experience in event rentals, construction, moving, landscaping, warehouse work, hospitality, or a similar field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
