🦌 DEER OPENER IS THIS WEEKEND IN MINNESOTA! 🦌

The deer stands are ready, the blaze orange is coming out, and hunting stories are about to get a whole lot bigger. 😂

But here's a thought... need a place to stay for deer camp?

Why not make an Old Hickory Shed your new hunting bunkhouse?

A little insulation, some finishing touches, a few bunks, and you've got yourself a cozy place to swap stories, warm up, and plan tomorrow's big hunt!

Whether you're dreaming of a simple hunting cabin or the ultimate deer camp headquarters, an Old Hickory Building is a great place to start!

🦌 The deer might be hard to find, but your perfect bunkhouse doesn't have to be!

Stop by Central MN Sheds located at Salvage Sisters and let's talk about the possibilities!

NOVEMBER IS LOOKING PRETTY BUSY AT SALVAGE SISTERS!

We've got a full calendar of events this month, but there's one thing we're especially excited about…

THURSDAY NIGHTS ARE BACK!

We're keeping the lights on until 8 PM every Thursday in November (except Thanksgiving), and we're giving you a few more reasons to come spend your evening with us!

From 4-8 PM, The Makers Space will be buzzing with pop-up vendors, DIY projects, make & takes, personalized gifts, and a few sweet treats along the way! We’re excited to welcome Daily Dough Bakery, Erin’s Oven and Mama Jayne's Cottage Bakery to our Thursday night lineup! 🧁 Keep an eye on our weekly posts to see who’s popping up each Thursday and what delicious treats they’ll be bringing along!

Grab your sister, your girlfriends, or your coworkers and make a night of it. Shop a little, create something, cross a few gifts off your Christmas list, and enjoy an evening out.

This is our second year offering extended Thursday hours, and we're excited to keep building on the fun!

📅 Take a peek at our November calendar below! There's plenty happening beyond Thursday nights, too.

And as always, it's never the same store twice! ❤️

We'll start posting updates here and to the Discussion pages of the following links.

🎄 So...is it too early to talk about Christmas? 😂

Because here at Salvage Sisters, that ship has sailed, the halls have been decked, and we're already three Christmas carols deep.

But we're curious...

🎃 Are you hanging on to every last bit of fall?

🦃 Firmly in the "Christmas can wait until after Thanksgiving" camp?

🎄 Or have you already dragged the tree out of storage?

No judgment here. We're just trying to figure out how many of you are living in Hallowgivingmas with us!

Tell us where you stand! 👇

🎄 WOW. JUST WOW. What a weekend! ❤️

Our 5th Annual Christmas in the Sheds is officially in the books, and we're thrilled to say it was our most successful one yet!

To every customer who came out, stood in line, shopped, explored, and supported our small businesses - THANK YOU! You showed up in a BIG way, and we couldn't be more grateful.

To our incredible vendors - the creativity, hard work, and attention to detail you put into your displays and products did not go unnoticed. You brought your talents, your personalities, and your passion, and together you created something pretty special.

And to everyone who worked behind the scenes to pull it all together, thank you for the countless hours and teamwork that made this weekend possible.

This event is a perfect example of what happens when small businesses and a community come together to support one another. ❤️

Five years in, and you keep helping us make it bigger and better. We can't wait to see what year six brings!

From all of us at Salvage Sisters, THANK YOU for making Christmas in the Sheds 2026 one for the record books! 🎄

Twice the vendors. Twice the customers. What a first day of Christmas in the Sheds!

There was a line waiting to get in, and people were literally dancing on their way in. Now THAT’S how you kick off the season!

To all the small business owners who joined us - this event wouldn’t be the success it is without your talent, hard work, and enthusiasm.

And to everyone who came out to shop and support - THANK YOU! Full hearts, tired feet, and so much gratitude tonight. ❤️

🎄 'Twas the Night Before Opening… 🎄

'Twas the night before opening, and all through the store,
Not a vendor was resting - there was still so much more (to do)!

Angie was singing a holiday tune,
While Mary was wishing we'd finish up soon!

Bev was still pricing, with tags everywhere,
Making sure every treasure was priced with care!

Brennan and Megan had plans for date night,
But resetting their booth was their idea of delight!

John was outside, putting tents in a row,
Getting things ready for Friday's big show!

And Heidi, of course, with her holiday flair,
Brought Ralph Lauren Christmas with style to spare!

The displays were coming together, the magic was near,
Our talented vendors had outdone themselves this year!

So tomorrow we'll open and proudly display,
All the magic and treasures we've tucked away!

Our hours this weekend are: Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm.

Christmas in the Sheds is only 2 DAYS AWAY! Follow the event here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1878319882838325

Day 2 of turnover is coming to an end, and the store is still in utter chaos. 😂

If you’ve ever wondered why we close for three days to get ready for Christmas… these “before” pictures should clear that up!

We don’t just tuck a few ornaments into the displays and call it Christmas. Our vendors pack up, haul in, move furniture, and completely rework their spaces. And somewhere in the middle, it looks like this.

There are little glimpses of Christmas coming together all over the store - we just have to get through the boxes to show you!

One more day to pull it all together. “It’s never the same store twice” is getting quite the workout this week. 🎄
