As there has been some confusion, I want to share an update with clarity and honesty.

After much thought and with great pain, I’ve decided to put my business to rest. Following an unfair situation at my last location, I was unable to relaunch in the way I had hoped. Life is now moving me in a new direction—toward a new chapter, new work, and new opportunities for me and my children.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me and my family throughout this journey. These past six years have been filled with growth, hard work, and so much love from this community.

Thank you for believing in me. This is not the end—just a transition.

✨ Cooking up a fresh batch of Wedding Soup! ✨
Today I’m making my version of the classic Italian Zuppa Maritata — almost exactly like the original, just missing a few of those hard-to-find veggies!

This hearty pot is filled with:
🥬 Escarole
🥗 Swiss chard
🌿 Chicory
🥦 Kale
🌱 Fresh parsley
🍖 Tiny homemade pork meatballs

And later, I’ll be adding the perfect finishing touch: orzo pasta.

It smells amazing already… and tastes even better! 😋

Dear Friends and Followers,�Mamma Tamara is on the move again—yes, it’s time to reinvent myself one more time. And this time, I’m hoping it’ll be the last big change for a while… and the best one yet!
Life is nudging me forward once more, and while it’s not easy to leave a space that hasn’t felt aligned or nourishing, I’m choosing to see this as a powerful turning point. Sometimes, when your energy isn’t fully seen or received, it’s simply a sign that it’s time to bloom somewhere new.
I have some exciting ideas brewing, but I’d really love to hear from YOU. What would you like to see from Mamma Tamara next? Would you prefer I continue creating magic from my commercial home kitchen, or would you love to see me in Rutland with a new setup?
Please send lots of good vibes—I need them right now. As a single mama of three, finding the right path forward is not just a dream—it’s a necessity. For now, my focus is on finding the best way to keep doing what I love and supporting my family.
