The most beautiful October wedding day for Jenni + Brian! I was honored to design the florals for this sweet bride, a dear friend of our family! Jenni’s flowers included roses, dahlias, delphinium, tweedia, stock, and spray roses. Held at the most darling venue, the wedding had a summer backyard wedding feel and everything was so pretty! Congratulations to the newlyweds! 🩵

Thought this *absolutely freezing* week would be the perfect time to share a few pics from Kristi + Eric’s summer wedding! This wedding was a favorite of mine since the commute time was all of one minute, as Kristi was my long-time neighbor and got married on her parents’ property!👌🏻 It turned out to be the perfect, breezy summer day for a wedding. Kristi’s flowers were blush and white and included favorites of mine—Quicksand roses, local dahlias and lisianthus, stock, Majolica spray roses, and ranunculus. I also used southern smilax for her two arches—nothing quite like it! Congratulations, Kristi + Eric—thanks for letting me be a part of your big day! 🤍

A moment for the Ricklics! 🥂 05.31.25 | Sarah + Zander exchanged vows and made it official on a lovely spring day at Glass . Sarah was the kindest and sweetest person to work for—plus what a gorgeous bride she was! Her flowers included peonies, ranunculus, roses, lisianthus, hydrangeas, stock, and agrostemma. The reception featured a mixture of footed centerpieces, tall centerpieces, and bud vases. Congratulations to the happy couple! 🩶

A moment for the Okonowskis! Kristen + Lance had a beautiful October wedding at with warm autumn tones and it turned out beautiful! What a sweet couple to work with—it was an honor to design these florals! Some of the flowers included dahlias, roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, and stock and the foliage included eucalyptus, ruscus, and preserved beech. Congratulations to the happy couple! 🍂

Sara + Dallas | 9.27.24

This wedding back in late September had me praying hard against wind and rain for the couple’s sake…turns out they had an amazing day even with challenging weather! 🤍 Sara chose a cascading bouquet with white flowers including dahlias, roses, lisianthus, and stock, with green thistles and white berries for texture. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were made with roses, dahlias, zinnias, dried flowers + foliage, and pampas, setting the tone for the pampas grass included on the ceremony and reception. The last pic shows Sara and her five beautiful sisters. I will always include pics like this, because I am *always* jealous of people with several sisters/built-in BFFs. 🫶🏻 Congratulations, Sara + Dallas! 🤍

This month I have a little more rest time and it’s been great! I have been getting in lots of Octordle games online, going to bed at a respectable time {some} nights, and have been adding and deleting flower plugs from my online Farmer Bailey cart. I am pulling way back on weddings this year but I’m still thinking about flowers and how to get my hands on more of them. Now would be a great year to grow vegetables instead…but where’s the fun in that? Making bouquets = fun. Canning green beans = not fun. If you would be able to buy extra plugs from my flats, which ones would you be most interested in? The poll only allows 4 options, but you can comment others as well.
