This custom red oak kitchen is such a stunning feature in this home!

Our customers wanted to maximize the efficiency of their kitchen and one of their pain points was their refrigerator. We had to design a space where they could store grocery items without feeling backed into their other cabinets! We decided on two pull-out pantries on either side of their fridge to add more function and symmetry to that space.

This remodel was a hybrid of semi-custom and custom work!

This design was incredibly unique because they replaced their upper cabinets with floating shelves! They paired their semi-custom cabinets with a deep blue island and a custom butcher block top. We love including roll trays in islands to improve the function of your kitchens.

This project initially started as just a kitchen remodel! During the design process, they spoke about wanting to add on to their home and were delighted when we said we could do their general contracting for it.

On the west side of their home, they requested a covered porch to help break the wind and get more protection from the weather. On the inside, we added a grand entrance foyer with plenty of storage for them. On the east side, we added a master bedroom and bathroom for them! Their former laundry room was downstairs and they wanted it moved upstairs. We converted their former bedroom into a new laundry/craft room to make things more accessible for them. The rest of the work included new floors, insulation, windows, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning!

When we do home additions, we want to make it look like they were part of the original house. We carefully sourced the bricks, windows, and shingles to achieve that look. Big shout out to MTR Masonry Construction, LLC for their help with this project.

We love our history here at Randall Cabinets and wanted to share a bit about one of our past projects!

This church has a long history that we are proud to be a part of! It was built pre-Civil War. After the end of the Civil War, they added a grand entrance, foyer, balcony, and steeple. The building stood that way for several years before a tornado came through and damaged the steeple and other areas on the exterior. The steeple was rebuilt and they added standard doors to their grand entrance. During this initial remodel, they moved the stained glass beneath the balcony.

We were contacted to do a remodeling project with them which included their front door. We partnered with MTR Masonry Construction, LLC for this unique project! The archway was a limestone gothic arch and we had to set up shop on the sidewalk to cut our pieces to fit. When we went about remodeling, we discovered more stained glass on the inside! We carefully removed some of the pieces, sent it to Bloomington for repair, and reinstalled it!
